Ally Betker is a freelance creative director, director, and writer living in Brooklyn, New York. She was previously the Head of Creative at the global travel brand Away, leading a team of art directors, designers, and copy writers across campaigns, content, creative strategy, and more. Before that, she was the brand’s Editorial Director, launching and overseeing the travel publication Here Magazine.

Prior to joining Away, Ally worked in media at top publications including Vogue, W Magazine, Women’s Wear Daily, and New York Magazine’s The Cut. Her journalism background imbues all of her work, which always attempts to capture the joyful and complicated reality of the human experience.
